If you have been tolerating acute or chronic pain, anxiety, or postural misalignment, consider this immersive bodywork experience to support your healing journey. After a thorough gait and posture assessment, we will work as a unified team to create a highly personalized, trauma informed session, focusing the bodywork on achieving a specific goal or goals. Your therapist will use a myriad of techniques, including specific compression, active and passive release, stretching, postural and breathing reeducation, guided meditation, visualization, trigger point release and so much more.

This will not be your typical spa massage and being clothed is preferred! Please come dressed in sports shorts/bra, or yoga friendly clothing. We will move, breathe, sweat and work together so you can get back to living your life! Afterwards, we will go over your customized treatment plan, and you will be given suggested therapeutic exercises and referrals.

"Will this massage hurt?" Body sessions may get intense, however, being in pain during the session is *NOT* the goal. We will work together to find the edge of satisfying pressure and compression to affect body tissue therapeutically, and will stay away from the body tensing, protecting, or experiencing unpleasant pain. Please plan on being "workout sore" for at least two days afterwards.
